Atlanta Remodeling at It’s Best

One of the many things that Atlanta has going for itself is its instantaneous growth. We have music; we have rich southern culture that is fused with touches of international flare. We have some of the most beautiful architecture from homes to skyscrapers. Guess that’s why Atlanta has always been one of the central hubs for building and new construction real-estate projects.

The amount of new home purchases may have slowed down a bit but, if you look around Atlanta’s new construction is still on the rise. Homeowners’ are still investing in remodeling projects to spruce up their homes to help them sell quicker or for when the market picks up again. Owning a home is still one of the best assets to have, invest and maintain. If you have to choose what to remodel first consider the two places that you spend the most time. The kitchen and bathroom is the best Atlanta remodeling investments, it helps sell your homes beauty to interested buyers.

According to an article I read on servicemagic.com Atlantans spent as much as $80,000 on an Atlanta Kitchen Remodeling. This was recorded as one of the most expensive kitchen remodeling that ServiceMagic.com recorded as a result of their follow-up surveys. Based on our their in-house data, the cost of a kitchen remodel in Atlanta is averages to about $16,500, and can be done for as little as $5,000 on a budget. These figures are comparable to Cost vs. Value Report, which puts the average major kitchen remodel in Atlanta at about $53,500, and an average minor kitchen remodel at $17,900. This same report shows the average Atlanta Bathroom Remodel cost about $12,500. Service Magic’s numbers shows an average job equates to $7,500. On the lower end small renovation jobs can run you about $2,500 and the high end about $15k.

There are many home remodeling and design companies that you can consider. One that we recommend is Hawthorn, Inc. They are local and they are professional and precise about getting everything from the plans, permits and important details done.
